- Visit the famous Mud Crab and Eagle statue in Krabi Town and enjoy a great photo opportunity along the Krabi river bank. Take a long tail boat to the beautiful dense mangrove jungle at Koh Klang, meaning "Middle Island" due to its wide and breathtaking estuaries on both sides of the island. The well preserved mangrove forest is supported by the local community ecotourism activities.
- Next, visit the stunning Khao Khanap Nam, the city’s unique twin limestone mountains 100 meters high which straddle the Krabi river. At Krabi River Cave there is evidence that it has been inhabited by people from prehistoric times dating back 48,000 years.
- Depart from Khao Khanap Nam to Koh Klang enjoy a delicious set menu seafood lunch at the famous Baan Mah Ying restaurant.
- Learn about the local way of life in this secluded muslim fisherman village. See the local women in beautiful handmade batik skirts crack open freshly roasted cashews. Take part in the rice drip making, boat head modelling, batik painting, rubber cutting and more.
